30 Minutes

Each coaching session will be focused on your personal goals and aspirations as a performer. Learn how to control your breath to gain endurance and confidence in your performance. Receive weekly or monthly coaching, adding a new tool to your repertoire that allows you to zone in on your craft, that will increase your value as a performer.

Designed specifically for (but not limited to) singers, musicians, actors, public speakers, dancers, and artists. 

4 Session Package  - $160 (Save $20)

1 Hour Session

This is a New Client appointment. 

At this appointment we will discuss your overall health and goals. You will receive a device to help measure your lung capacity and look for improvements (cost is included in the New Client Fee). Receive your Base Breathing Lesson that will allow you to change your state of being in as little as 3 minutes of practice.

45 Minute Session

This is an In-Person Follow Up session. Must have booked and completed a New Client session before booking this session. 

Receive 1 on 1 coaching as you breathe through pain, anxiety, and relieve stress. Learn a new breathing technique to practice and increase your overall well-being.
