Stone medicine is the energetic correction to your natural flow through the use and placement of stones. The stones are selected based on as Intuitive Chakra Reading. Prescribed stones will be held for 20 minutes, this allows all of your blood cells to have passed through each cell to be cleansed energetically, and then stabilized. Toxic energy is then transformed into pure positive energy and released peacefully.

Each coaching session will be focused on your personal goals and aspirations as a performer. Learn how to control your breath to gain endurance and confidence in your performance. Receive weekly or monthly coaching, adding a new tool to your repertoire that allows you to zone in on your craft, that will increase your value as a performer.

At this appointment we will discuss your overall health and goals. You will receive a device to help measure your lung capacity and look for improvements (cost is included in the New Client Fee). Receive your Base Breathing Lesson that will allow you to change your state of being in as little as 3 minutes of practice.

New Client Session - $125

45 Minutes - Follow Up Session

Receive 1 on 1 coaching as you continue to use your own breath to increase lung health and work through and a relieve pain, anxiety, and stress. Learn a new breathing technique/pattern at each session that you can add to your self tool box and increase your overall well-being. 

This is an In-Person Follow Up session. Must have booked and completed a New Client session before booking this session.

40 Minutes Session

Ear Candling, also called ear Coning, is an ancient remedy used to clear the ears/sinus passages and improve general health and energetic field. A hollow candle-like wax cone is used. One end is placed in the ear, ​and the other end is lit, creating soothing warm smoke that enters the ear canal and loosens and removes wax and toxins. After candling is performed, your candles will be cut open to reveal debris, wax, and even water retrieved from the sinuses and nasal passages that has been dislodged and released. 

This service is very helpful to those suffering from (but not limited to) sinus pain/blockage, ear pain/ringing/muffling, headaches, and seasonal allergies.
